With a background in coaching, mindset training, and lifestyle transformation, Chad specializes in translating big goals into daily habits—guiding clients with accountability, structure, and unwavering support.
Chad has a passion for strength training, functional fitness, and optimized daily routines. He believes that lasting change is built one intentional choice at a time. He works closely with clients to establish clear goals, create sustainable strategies, and overcome the mental and lifestyle barriers that often derail progress. His coaching style blends encouragement with honest accountability, helping individuals stay consistent, confident, and focused on the long game.
Chad partners directly with his wife, Jennifer Carlson, DNP, FNP-C, ABHRT-C to deliver a fully integrated medical-and-coaching experience. Together, they guide clients through hormone optimization, nutrition, exercise, mindset, and lifestyle transformation—offering a level of support that goes far beyond traditional telehealth.
Outside of coaching, Chad enjoys weightlifting, rucking, and exploring the outdoors with Jennifer and their family, and is continually working on his own R.O.A.D. to wellness. His personal transformation journey allows him to lead by example and show clients what’s possible when dedication meets the right roadmap.
